上海赛科石化公司(BP持股50％、中国石化持股30％、上海石化持股20％)的900kt/a乙烯装置建设由ABB鲁姆斯公司提供技术和工程承包,合同价值3.5亿美元。这套乙烯联合装置将生产900kt/a乙烯和590kt/a丙烯,定于2005年上半年建成。70％的石脑油原料将通过90km管道由上海高桥石化公司供应,其余30％从国内炼油厂购买或进口。
900kt / a ethylene plant construction by Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Company (50% owned by BP, 30% owned by Sinopec Corp. and 20% owned by Shanghai Petrochemical) Technology and engineering contracting provided by ABB Lummus with a contract value of US $ 350 million . The ethylene plant will produce 900 kt / a of ethylene and 590 kt / a of propylene, scheduled to be completed in the first half of 2005. 70% of the naphtha feedstock will be supplied by Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company through 90km pipeline and the remaining 30% will be purchased or imported from domestic refineries.
