在铁矿粉配比为10%的条件下,系统地研究了加矿粉、澳矿粉和鄂矿粉对铁焦的反应性、初始反应温度和活化能等的影响。试验结果表明,与传统焦炭相比,加矿铁焦、澳矿铁焦和鄂矿铁焦的初始反应温度明显降低,降低的幅度取决于铁矿粉的种类和性质;其原因是铁矿粉的催化作用使铁焦的活化能降低,也致使焦炭的反应性提高;初始反应温度、活化能和反应性三者之间具有良好的相关性。
Under the conditions of 10% iron ore powder, the effects of CaO, Au ore and E ore on iron coke reactivity, initial reaction temperature and activation energy were studied systematically. The experimental results show that compared with conventional coke, the initial reaction temperature of iron-coke addition, iron ore coke and cobalt ore coke significantly decreased, the extent of the reduction depends on the type and nature of iron ore powder; the reason is iron ore powder The catalytic activity of Fe coke decreases, and the coke reactivity also increases. The initial reaction temperature, activation energy and reactivity have good correlation.
