过敏性紫癜又称许兰—享诺氏血管炎(Schonlein—Henoch vasculitis)。本病是一种毛细血管变态反应性疾病。过敏性紫癜所引起肾脏损害简称为紫癜性肾炎。我院自1979年11月～1989年6月收治过敏性紫癜75例,其中紫癜性肾炎27例,现对本组病例进行如下临床分析。
Henoch-Schonlein-Henoch vasculitis also known as Henoch-Schonlein purpura. The disease is a capillary allergic disease. Allergic purpura caused by renal damage referred to as purpuric nephritis. Our hospital from November 1979 ~ June 1989 admitted 75 cases of allergic purpura, including 27 cases of purpura nephritis, the case is now the following clinical analysis.
