目的：对舒适护理在颅脑损伤意识障碍患者临床护理中的应用价值进行探讨。方法将本院2013年2月～2016年1月收治的颅脑损伤意识障碍患者100例随机分成对照组（常规护理）和观察组（舒适护理）后展开研究，50例/组。对比两组患者的脑疝发生率和GCS评分等级分布情况。结果观察组患者的脑疝发生率、GCS评分等级分布情况均较对照组更佳（P＜0.05）。结论在颅脑损伤意识障碍患者的临床护理中应用舒适护理的价值可观。“,”Objective To explore the value of comfortable nursing in patients with disturbance of consciousness of brain injury. Methods 100 cases of patients with consciousness of brain injury from 2013.2 to 2016.1 were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (comfort nursing),50 cases.The incidence of herniation and GCS grading were compared. Results The rate of herniation and the grade of GCS in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion It is worthwhile to apply comfortable nursing care in clinical nursing of patients with disturbance of consciousness of head injury.
