关键岗位是指权力比较集中、处于核心位置、直接涉及企业利益和被管理对象利益,具有资源分配、审批审核、监督检查等权责,拥有一定的决策权和自由裁量权,存在较高廉洁从业风险的工作岗位。本文就企业关键岗位风险形成的原因进行研究,分析关键岗位风险可能存在的环节,最后提出从加强关键岗位内部控制等方面入手制定风险应对策略,以便关键岗位人员在履职过程中尽可能地廉洁自律,在依法治国中发挥更大的作用、作出更大的贡献。
