2号高压聚乙烯装置甲班现有人员11人,基本上都是来自石化技校的毕业生(也曾有过大学毕业生以及硕士研究生)。尽管班组人员调动较多,但是并没有影响我们的班组建设管理工作。经过8年的工作磨练,班组的11名同志互相关心、互相帮助、密切配合、团结友爱,已初步形成了自己的管理特色,并且营造了一个和谐的职工小家。尤其是班组在开展“特色管理——双人确认制和手指确认法”活动中
