P物质(SP)广泛存在于中枢神经系统和外周组织,对血压调节具有重要作用。延髓腹侧面SP神经元的轴突下行到脊髓侧角参与血压调节。为探讨SP在血压调节中的作用,我们用兴奋性毒素海仁酸(KA)刺激延髓腹侧面神经元引起血压升高的同时,测定中枢神经系统和外周SP样免疫活性(SPLI)的变化。
Substance P (SP) is widespread in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues and plays an important role in blood pressure regulation. Medulla ventral axon SP neurons down to the spinal cord lateral horn involved in blood pressure regulation. To investigate the role of SP in the regulation of blood pressure, we measured the changes of SPLI in the central nervous system and periphery while stimulating the blood pressure induced by the medullary ventral neurons of the medulla oblongata with the excitotoxic toxin KA.
