设计了一种三相次级整流点焊触摸屏人机交互界面,介绍了三相次级整流点焊控制系统结构、触摸屏系统软硬件设计。根据点焊的焊接工艺过程和三相次级整流点焊的特点,通过画图软件CORELDRAW制做了四个触摸屏人机界面,通过触摸屏界面制作软件、串口调试助理软件和程序控制,能方便的对参数进行设置和系统的实时监控。
