以无核葡萄喜乐和金星无核为试材,进行了花后不同GA3浓度(0、10、25、50、100和200 mg·L-1)的果实膨大处理试验。结果显示,GA3不同浓度处理提高了无核葡萄果实的大小和硬度,延迟了果实的成熟,但对于果实品质的影响因品种而异,喜乐葡萄中低浓度的GA3(10、25、50 mg·L-1)均显著提高了其可溶性固形物、固酸比和可溶性糖含量,并显著降低了其可滴定酸含量,其中以50 mg·L-1 GA3的作用效果最显著;而金星无核葡萄中GA3不同浓度处理下的果实品质均低于清水对照。
The test of fruit enlargement with different GA3 concentrations (0, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 mg · L-1) after anthesis was carried out using the non-nuclear grape joy and Venus seedless. The results showed that different concentrations of GA3 increased the size and hardness of seedless grapes, delayed the fruit ripening, but the fruit quality had different effects on different varieties.
