我于1948年8月19日深夜在重庆市立第一中学学生宿舍被警备司令部逮捕,先关押在警司军法处,后送稽察处石灰市监狱,再转特刑庭看守所。1949年1月下旬蒋介石被迫“引退”,李宗仁上台。在中共地下党的积极营救下,我得以“无罪释放”。我在特刑庭关押5个多月,现将个人在狱中的见闻记述如下。 特刑庭疯狂拘捕 1948年3月,国民党政府公布了《特种刑事法庭组织条例》,疯狂镇压爱国学生和爱国民主分子。8月10日,重庆高等特种刑事法庭宣告成立。8月17日,重庆
In the middle of the night of August 19, 1948, I was arrested by the Garrison Command at the First Student Dormitory in Chongqing Municipal Government. I was detained at the Superintendents’ Division and sent to the Limestone Prison at the Inspectorate and then to the Special Criminal Court Detention Center. In late January 1949, Chiang Kai-shek was forced to “retire” and Li Tsung-jen came to power. Under the active rescue of the CCP underground party, I was able to “acquit itself.” I am detained for more than five months in the Court of Trustees, and the personal information in prison is as follows.
