对武汉钢铁股份有限公司条材总厂“BOF→LF→CSP”工艺生产SPA-H钢2个炉次的LF精炼过程进行了系统取样,并利用Aspex自动扫描电子显微镜分析统计了钢中夹杂物的成分、尺寸、面积和数量。研究发现,当钢-渣反应和钢-炉衬反应达到平衡时夹杂物在CaO-Al2O3-MgO三元系相图中呈直线分布,通过对比2个炉次钢中夹杂物的转变,说明控制精炼渣成分和精炼时间,可以使部分Al2O3夹杂物进入CaO-Al2O3-MgO三元系低熔点区,并且在软吹过程中能够获得较好的夹杂物去除效果。
The LF refining process of two heats of SPA-H steel production from “BOF → LF → CSP” process of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., a strip mill, was systematically sampled and analyzed by Aspex automatic scanning electron microscope The composition, size, area and amount of inclusions. The results show that inclusions are linearly distributed in the CaO-Al2O3-MgO ternary phase diagram when the steel-slag reaction and the steel-lining reaction are in equilibrium. By comparing the transformation of the inclusions in the two heats, the control refining Slag composition and refining time, can make some Al2O3 inclusions into the CaO-Al2O3-MgO ternary system low melting point, and in soft blowing process can get better inclusion removal.
