铅能抑制卟啉代谢中的某些酶,使其代谢产物如尿ALA,尿粪卟啉(CPU)、FEP等在尿中或血中含量增高。本文对155名铅作业工人做了调查。结果表明,铅接触浓度在均值等于0.036mg/m~3时(铅烟最高允许浓度为0.03mg/m~3),FEP值和对照组比较已有显著差异。FEP和尿ALA,尿铅相关性较好,且较敏感,可作为评价铅早期毒性的重要指标之一。正常人上限定为50μg/dL为宜,建议推广使用。
Lead can inhibit some enzymes in the metabolism of porphyrin, so that its metabolites such as urinary ALA, urinary coproporphyrin (CPU), FEP in urine or blood levels increased. This article surveyed 155 lead workers. The results showed that there was significant difference between the FEP value and the control group when the average contact concentration of lead was equal to 0.036mg / m ~ 3 (the maximum allowable concentration of lead smoke was 0.03mg / m ~ 3). FEP and urine ALA, urine lead correlation is good, and more sensitive, can be used as an important indicator of early lead toxicity assessment. Normal limit of 50μg / dL is appropriate, it is recommended to promote the use.
