感冒退热冲剂内含靛玉红等成分,由于靛玉红在过滤过程中有一部分残留于滤渣中,采用药典规定的鉴别方法可能会有损失。因此,我们采用水溶液不过滤,直接用乙醚提取的方法来检验感冒退热冲剂中的靛玉红。
Influenzae fever granules contain components such as indirubin, which may be lost due to the fact that some of indirubin remains in the filter residue during filtration. Therefore, we used the method of non-filtering in aqueous solution and direct extraction with ether to test the indirubin in the cold-flushed fever granules.
