为了探讨复方天棘胶囊对小鼠窒息性缺氧耐力的影响，我们选用昆明种小鼠，随机分为５组。对照组灌服蒸馏水，阳性药物组灌服红参水煎液，实验组分为高、中、低剂量组，分别灌服复方天棘胶囊２．０、１．０和０．５ｇ／ｋｇ体重，结果表明，复方天棘胶囊高、中、低剂量组和红参组均能明显延长小鼠存活时间（Ｐ＜０．０１），并与剂量呈正相关。表明该药能明显提高小鼠的缺氧耐力，具有较好的杭缺氧作用。
