国库集中支付制度改革已运行多年,取得了明显成效,但同时一些问题也随之凸显,影响了制度深入运行。文章简要阐述了国库集中支付改革取得的成效,分析了实施中暴露出的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相关对策,以期推动国库集中支付改革更好地运行。
The treasury centralized payment system reform has been in operation for many years and has achieved remarkable results. However, some problems have also become prominent at the same time, which has affected the system’s further operation. The article briefly expounds the achievements of the treasury centralized payment reform, analyzes the problems exposed during the implementation, and puts forward some countermeasures against these problems in order to promote the Treasury centralized payment reform to run better.
