目的 研究氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白与急性脑血管病的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定了 46例脑梗死、43例脑出血及 30例正常对照组的血浆低密度脂蛋白的含量。结果 脑梗死组和脑出血组血浆低密度脂蛋白含量均高于正常对照组 (P 0 0 1) ;且脑梗死与脑出血急性期血浆低密度脂蛋白水平较恢复期明显升高 (P 0 0 5 )。结论 低密度脂蛋白水平升高可能与脑血管病的发生和发展有密切关系。
Objective To study the relationship between oxidized low density lipoprotein and acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods The levels of plasma low density lipoprotein in 46 cases of cerebral infarction, 43 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 30 cases of normal control group were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of plasma low density lipoprotein in cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than those in normal control group (P 0 0 1). The levels of plasma LDL in acute stage of cerebral infarction and ICH were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0 0 5). Conclusion The elevated level of LDL may be closely related to the occurrence and development of cerebrovascular disease.
