当代职业教育,往往强调学生的学习方式与进入社会的工作方式能够一致,而在现代企业的职业实践中,反思和协作是员工最应具备的职业素质,专业能力、方法能力和社会能力是员工最关键的能力。在教学实践中采用行动导向教学法并通过合作学习的教学组织形式能在很大程度上满足上述要求。本文就行动导向教学法中采用合作学习的几个关键问题展开讨论。
