2001年的夏天,我旁听采访了第二届上海国际歌剧大师班。两个星期中感慨良多,对歌剧这颗音乐皇冠上的明珠第一次有了细致入微的接触和了解,后来据此写成的《歌剧不仅仅是唱》一文刊登于2001年10月号的《音乐爱好者》,引起了不少歌剧爱好者的共鸣和反响。在今年第五届上海国际歌剧大师班开幕前,听说以前以琼·道纳门为首的纽约大都会老师换成了以马可·波艾米为首的意大利藉为主的老师,有关办学理念和方法也有了新的改进, 于是在今年的夏天,我再度旁听采访了歌剧大师班。
