施工成本控制对于项目开发的企业而言,直接影响着企业所能获得的经济效益,甚至关系到项目开发企业的生存和发展。项目企业必须加强成本管理。本文针对项目开发的施工阶段,提出了有效控制成本的几种管理方法,以供项目企业和施工单位参考。
Construction cost control for the development of enterprises, a direct impact on the economic benefits enterprises can get, and even related to the project development company’s survival and development. Project enterprises must strengthen cost management. In this paper, according to the construction phase of the project development, several management methods are put forward to effectively control the cost for the reference of project enterprises and construction units.
