麻醉苏醒期的观察和处理是防治麻醉后并发症、保证麻醉苏醒期患者安全的主要措施,也是确保大手术和危重患者顺利康复的关键~([1])。肝切除是肝癌治疗的首选措施之一,文献报道~([2-3])肝癌术后并发症发生率极高,目前仍是风险较高的腹部外科手术。不论患者拔管后是否苏醒良好,医护人员都应密切关注患者,以防病情随时变化。现就我科收治的一例肝癌术后麻醉苏醒期不明原因引发抢救的患者的护理配合总结如下。
