近几年,在国家“走出去”战略的支持下,“走出去”企业越来越多,为当地社会增加就业率的同时,带动了周边经济的快速发展。随之增加的问题就是怎么去管理好外籍劳务用工,减少项目投资风险。本文指出了“走出去”项目劳务用工特点和存在的风险,同时在怎么做好劳务用工管理工作方面做了详细的阐述。
In recent years, with the support of the national strategy of “going global”, more and more “going global” enterprises have increased the employment rate for local communities while stimulating the rapid economic development in neighboring countries. The problem then is how to manage the employment of foreign labor and reduce the investment risk. This paper points out the characteristics and existing risks of labor service in the “going out” project, and elaborates on how to do well labor service management.
