我们自1950年以来,到目前已经坚持了十余年的业余教育。通过业余教育,职工文化水平有了显著提高。解放初期,工人中文盲与半文盲约占70%,而目前只有2.9%,还都是45岁以上老年或有病的职工,在青壮年和生产骨干中基本扫除了文盲。据不完全统计,十几年来,在职工中通过业余学习取得高小毕业证书的有180人,初中毕业的有130人,取得初中单科结业证书的有810人次,中技单科结业的有433人次。在业余中等技术学
