本文采用改进方法合成了新型杂环偶氮苯甲酸染料,2-(3,5-二溴吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氮基苯甲酸(3,5-diBr-PAMB)。研究了在TritonX-100存在下镍的分光光度测定法。配合物最大吸收峰位于632nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.47×10~5L.mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。反应的pH为3.8—8.0.镍含量为0—0.40μg·ml~(-1)时,遵守比尔定律。配合物中Ni:3.5-diBr-PAMB=1:2。大多数金属元素不干扰镍的测定,需预先将基体元素铁分离除去后,本方法可用于测定合金钢中微量镍。
In this paper, a new heterocyclic azobenzoic acid dye, 3,5-diBr-PAMB (2- (3,5-dibromopyridazocino) -5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid) was synthesized by an improved method. Nickel spectrophotometry in the presence of Triton X-100 was studied. The maximum absorption peak of the complex is located at 632nm, the molar absorption coefficient is 1.47 × 10 ~ 5L.mol -1 (cm -1). The reaction pH is 3.8-8.0. Beer’s law is obeyed when the nickel content is 0-0.40μg · ml -1. The complex Ni: 3.5-diBr-PAMB = 1: 2. Most of the metal elements do not interfere with the determination of nickel, the need to pre-separation of the matrix element iron removed, the method can be used for determination of trace nickel in alloy steel.
