北戴河区是我国北方沿海旅游区,每年夏季流动人口约450万人次,疗养院、宾馆等接待单位近200家,集体食堂近300处.1988~1990年因食用海产品引起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒23起,中毒人数达825人。沿海地区的副溶血性食物中毒是个公共卫生问题,针对这一情况,我们于1991年制订实施了“海产品单独加工程序”。在我区管辖的各集体饮食单位推行2年来,因食用海产品引起的副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的发生率明显减少。现将我们的具体做法介绍如下。海产品单独加工程序:对海产品的加工制做,从运
Beidaihe District is the northern coastal tourist area in China, with an annual population of about 4.5 million people in the summer and nearly 200 reception units in sanitariums and hotels and collective canteens of nearly 300. 1988-90 Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning caused by consumption of seafood 23 cases, the number of poisoning up to 825 people. In the coastal area, parahemolytic food poisoning is a public health problem. In response, we formulated and implemented the “Procedure for Processing Seafood Separately” in 1991.
