垂直眼外肌麻痹所致的下斜肌功能亢进和继发性共同性斜视并发下斜肌功能亢进的患者平素多见。患者因复视、斜视和斜颈给患生者在生活、学习和工作上带来一定的困难,尤其是给青年人在精神上也造成了相当的压力和痛苦。为此我科开展了下斜肌切除和退后术,目的是为了减弱下斜肌的功能,矫正上斜视。手术方法并不困难,但检查确诊却很不容易。只要熟练的掌握眼肌的解剖关系及下斜肌减弱术的手术适应症,就会得到满意的治疗效果。我科于1984年以来开展了下斜肌切除15例,下斜肌退后术5例,共20例,均获得较好地治疗效果。现报告如下。
