目的确定浙江省小康型农民健康体检项目包。方法选取浙江省经济发达地区的11个乡镇,对其乡镇卫生院的农民健康体检开展情况及居民的满意度和需求等进行问卷调查,并开展专家咨询。结果健康体检的参检率为58.05%,居民满意率为59.88%。建议体检周期:一般人群两年一次,育龄妇女、60岁以上老人、7岁以下儿童和中小学生为一年一次。项目包内容:一般人群11项,育龄妇女17项,60岁以上老人15项,7岁以下儿童按照儿童系统管理的要求,中小学生按照学生预防性健康检查的要求执行。结论项目包的界定具有一定的合理性和前瞻性。
Objective To determine Zhejiang province well-off peasants health examination package. Methods Eleven villages and townships were selected from economically developed areas of Zhejiang Province. Questionnaires were made on the health check-up of residents in township hospitals and the satisfaction and demand of residents. Experts were also consulted. Results The examination rate of healthy physical examination was 58.05% and the satisfaction rate of residents was 59.88%. Recommended physical examination cycle: the general population every two years, women of childbearing age, 60 years of age or older, children under 7 years of age and primary and secondary students once a year. The project package includes 11 general population, 17 women of child-bearing age, 15 elderly people over the age of 60 and children under 7 years of age in accordance with the requirements of the children’s system management, primary and secondary students in accordance with the requirements of preventive health examination of students. Conclusion The definition of the project package is reasonable and forward-looking.
