目的探讨电刀电切整形术治疗陈旧性宫颈裂伤伴慢性宫颈炎的效果。方法采用美国ASPEN公司生产的Conmed高频电刀对陈旧性宫颈裂伤伴慢性宫颈炎385例行电刀电切治疗,于月经干净3~5 d手术,一次性给药,术后随访2个月~10年。结果手术时间平均5 min,术中出血平均3 ml。术后2个月复查,一次治愈375例,有效10例,治愈率97.4%,有效率100%。术后出血32例,占8.3%。远、近期随访,无1例复发。结论电刀电切整形术治疗陈旧性宫颈裂伤伴慢性宫颈炎,治愈率高、并发症少、复发率低,且操作简单、方便、费用低。
Objective To investigate the effect of electric knife electrosurgical excision on chronic cervicitis with old cervical laceration. Methods 385 cases of chronic cervicitis with old cervical laceration and 385 cases of chronic cervicitis were treated with Conmed high frequency electrosurgical knife manufactured by ASPEN Company in USA. The patients were treated for 3 ~ 5 days with clean menstruation, Month ~ 10 years. Results The average operation time was 5 min and the average intraoperative bleeding was 3 ml. 2 months after the review, a cure in 375 cases, 10 cases were effective, the cure rate was 97.4%, the effective rate of 100%. 32 cases of postoperative bleeding, accounting for 8.3%. Far, recent follow-up, no recurrence in 1 case. Conclusion Electrical knife electrosurgical excision for the treatment of chronic cervicitis with old cervical laceration, high cure rate, less complications, low recurrence rate, and the operation is simple, convenient, low cost.
