目的:观察小鼠受精后1~4 d胚卵(原核期、2-细胞期、4~8-细胞期、胚泡期)整合素αv、α4、β3、β1的表达。方法:用免疫组织化学ABC法检测妊娠1~4 d小鼠胚卵整合素αv、α4、β3、β1的表达。结果:整合素αv、α4、β3、β1在小鼠妊娠1~4 d的胚卵上均有表达,表达强弱不等。整合素αv、α4、β3在受精后第2日表达最强,整合素β1在受精后第3日表达最强;整合素αv在受精后第4日和α4、β3、β1在受精后第1日表达最弱。结论:妊娠1~4 d小鼠胚卵持续表达整合素αv、α4、β3、β1,提示它们可能与小鼠胚卵在输卵管中的运输有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of integrin αv, α4, β3 and β1 in embryo eggs (Prokaryotic, 2-cell stage, 4 ~ 8-cell stage and blastocyst stage) 1 ~ 4 days after fertilization. Methods: Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of integrin αv, α4, β3 and β1 in embryo eggs of pregnant mice from 1 to 4 days. Results: The integrin αv, α4, β3 and β1 were all expressed on the embryo eggs of 1 ~ 4 d of gestation in mice, with different expression intensity. Integrin αv, α4 and β3 expressed the strongest on the second day after fertilization, and integrin β1 was the strongest on the third day after fertilization. On the 4th day after fertilization, α4, β3 and β1 The weakest day expression. CONCLUSION: The expression of integrin αv, α4, β3 and β1 in embryos 1-4 days after pregnancy shows that they may be involved in the transport of mouse embryos in the fallopian tubes.
