竹林七贤在共同的玄学思想倾向支配下,不仅有相近的行为方式,群体之间亦因共同的精神追求而有声气互通的文化交流,产生了深厚的情意。而作为文人集团,在把玄学理论化为人生实践的过程中,他们的文学活动具有了更为鲜明的主体特征,为魏晋文学的自觉做出了重要贡献。
