中国特色的社会主义市场经济制度的确立以及发展,对企业提出了“内抓治理建队伍,外树形象拓发展”的新要求,思想政治工作在企业之中发挥着重要的积极作用,企业进行改革,其生存和发展的生命线,就是企业的思想政治工作,其与企业的治理经营相互依存,相互渗透,共同对企业的治理产生影响。企业的思想政治工作可以最大限度的调动起员工的工作积极性,同时打造我党的政治优势,使得国民经济积极发展。市场经济体制不断发展和完善,改革不断的深化,经济利益不断调整,经济成分多元化,多样化的价值观念产生,这些都是影响思想政治工作在企业中施行的因素,本文将针对这些因素进行深入分析,为我国企业的思想政治工作不断完善做出贡献。
