用于汽车或便携式电话收发机天线共用器的高功率SAW滤波器为消除热影响而必须是低损耗的.研制了一种损耗只有1.2dB的600MHz低损耗UHF滤波器.测得的温度依存关系分离出0.8dB的欧姆损耗,这说明,能进一步降低损耗.用高达16W的输入功率验证了此滤波器的功率处理能力.观察了AlIDT的恶化,这种恶化会引起电击穿并影响器件寿命.而采用Al-Cu电极和Cu散热片就能大幅度提高器件寿命.
