血管生成是人体许多生理病理过程的基础,细胞表面受体整合素家族是调节血管生成的关键因子,与细胞外基质蛋白、免疫球蛋白超家族等配体结合后,传导细胞内外双向信号,从而在血管内皮细胞增殖与移行中发挥重要作用。以整合素为靶点的治疗策略成为血管增殖性疾病防治的研究热点。现就整合素家族在血管形成中的作用及其临床应用前景作一综述。
