本文介绍了选用4Cr5W2VSi这一已纳标的热作模具材料制作高硬度(HRC55)、较大的叶片精锻模具(30公斤)的成功经验。用这种模具已精锻出叶形无余量(无抛光量)的增压器动叶片;提出了用于高精度热模具的最主要性能要求和一些选材原则;并介绍了为达到这些性能所作的有关试验和测试工作;特别是叙述了所拟订的有别于通常所用的热加工工艺方法,以及拟订这些方法的出发点。
This article describes the successful experience of using 4Cr5W2VSi as a hot-forged tooling material to produce high hardness (HRC55) and large forging dies (30kg). This mold has been precision forging leaves without margin (no amount of polishing) of the turbocharger blades; made for high-precision hot mold the most important performance requirements and some selection principles; and introduced in order to achieve these properties Related to testing and testing; in particular, it describes the different points of departure from the commonly used thermal processing methods and the formulation of these methods.
