随着经济的快速发展,企业对人才的需求量越来越大,对人才的要求也越来越高,不再只重视人才的专业技术能力,更加注重人才的职业道德素养。因此,职业道德教育越来越受到重视,各大人才培养院校也将职业道德教育提上日程,作为重点教育内容,以便培养高素质综合型人才,提升学生的综合素质与能力。
With the rapid economic development, the demand for talents in enterprises is getting larger and larger, and their requirements for talents are getting higher and higher. They no longer pay attention to the professional and technical abilities of talents, but pay more attention to the professional ethics of qualified personnel. Therefore, the professional ethics education is paid more and more attention. The major talent cultivation colleges and universities also put the professional ethics education on the agenda as the key education content in order to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents and enhance students’ overall quality and ability.
