探讨改进胸心外科住院医师科研能力培养的相应措施。通过查阅相关文献并结合实际情况分析目前住院医师规范化培训中科研能力的培养现状。我国胸心外科住院医师的科研能力培养在培训制度、方式以及考核制度等方面尚需完善。科研能力是胸心外科住院医师必备的基本能力之一,加强住院医师科研能力培养有利于未来医师职业生涯的长远发展。
To discuss the corresponding measures to improve the ability of residency research in thoracic surgery. By referring to the relevant literature and combining with the actual situation, this paper analyzes the current status of the cultivation of scientific research ability in the current standardized training of residents. Our country thoracic surgery residency research ability training in the training system, methods and assessment system still need to be improved. Scientific research ability is one of the essential capabilities of resident cardiothoracic residency, and to strengthen the long-term development of residency research capability is conducive to the future physician career.
