大家都知道,到中职学校来就读的学生大多是各初中学校的后进生和问题生,学习成绩差,起点低,素质参差不齐。这些学生中,有近40%的学生是单亲家庭或留守学生。他们长时间缺少关爱,不仅成绩偏低,学习习惯和行为习惯都较差。针对这种情况,我校本着“厚德、博学、笃行、至善”的校训,树立了“育人为先”的教育理念,将学生的德育工作摆在首要位置。经过十余年的摸索、实践,基本上形成了一套行之有效的德育工作方法。
