传统的道路沥青改性剂存在配伍性、易老化性、存储稳定性、二次加热、价格高等缺点,本文以聚烯烃/乙烯共聚物新型改性剂为研究对象,在分析和阐述共聚物改性机理的基础上,以AC-13沥青混合料级配为基准,采用干法拌和工艺,通过室内对比试验,对3种不同沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性等力学性能进行研究。结果表明:聚烯烃/乙烯共聚物对沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性改善效果显著,在0.3%(质量分数)的掺量下,较SBS改性沥青混合料动稳定度提高了66%,冻融劈裂强度比提高了2.3%。本研究为聚烯烃/乙烯共聚物干法改性沥青混合料的工程应用提供理论依据和试验数据。
The traditional road asphalt modifier has the disadvantages of compatibility, easy-aging, storage stability, secondary heating and high price. In this paper, a new modifier of polyolefin / ethylene copolymer is taken as the research object. Based on the grading of AC-13 asphalt mixture, the dry blending process was adopted to study the mechanical properties of three different asphalt mixtures at high temperature and water stability through indoor comparison test. The results show that the polyolefin / ethylene copolymer has a significant effect on improving the high temperature stability and water stability of the asphalt mixture. The dynamic stability of the asphalt mixture is improved by 66% compared with the SBS modified asphalt mixture at the dosage of 0.3% (mass fraction) %, The freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio increased by 2.3%. This study provides theoretical basis and experimental data for the engineering application of dry modified asphalt mixture of polyolefin / ethylene copolymer.
