目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Apollon在宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中的表达及其与宫颈癌发生、发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测40例宫颈癌组织、20例高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(H-CIN)、20例低级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(L-CIN)和20例正常宫颈组织中的Apollon的表达情况。结果:Apollon在正常宫颈组织、L-CIN组织、H-CIN组织、宫颈癌组织中表达率分别为0.00%、(48.82±8.83)%、(88.49±7.79)%、(92.16±5.46)%,宫颈癌、H-CIN、L-CIN与正常宫颈组织相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),宫颈癌、H-CIN与L-CIN相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而宫颈癌与H-CIN相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Apollon在宫颈癌组织中高表达,提示Apollon与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,对宫颈癌生物学行为具有一定的指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Apollon, an inhibitor of apoptosis, in cervical cancer and normal cervical tissues and its relationship with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of H-CIN in 40 cases of cervical cancer, 20 cases of high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (H-CIN), 20 cases of low grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (L-CIN) and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue Apollon’s expression. Results: The positive rates of Apollon in normal cervical tissue, L-CIN tissue, H-CIN tissue and cervical cancer tissue were 0.00%, (48.82 ± 8.83)%, (88.49 ± 7.79)% and (92.16 ± 5.46) There was significant difference between cervical cancer, H-CIN, L-CIN and normal cervical tissue (P <0.05). There was significant difference between cervical cancer, H-CIN and L-CIN , While there was no significant difference between cervical cancer and H-CIN (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Apollon is highly expressed in cervical cancer tissues, suggesting that Apollon is closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and has certain guiding significance for the biological behavior of cervical cancer.
