日本农林水产省果树研究站与日本三菱电气公司最近发展并改进了用于贮藏不耐贮存水果的冷藏系统。这个系统利用臭氧及负离子对冷藏室进行熏蒸,有效地防止了真菌及细菌对水果的侵染。
Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fruit Research Station and Japan’s Mitsubishi Electric Corporation recently developed and improved storage of stale fruit stored in cold storage system. The system uses ozone and negative ions to fumigate the freezer, effectively preventing fungi and bacteria from affecting the fruit.
