随着我国经济发展进入新常态,粮食行业传统业务转型升级不断加快,粮食产业经济加速发展,粮食收储体制机制发生深刻变化,粮食行业对粮食专业人才和“懂粮”的财贸类人才的需求急剧提升。作为以财贸类专业为主体的粮食职业院校,如何主动培养能够为行业服务的财贸类专业懂粮人才成为广西工商职业技术学院关注点。为强化粮食院校“立足行业、服务行业”的办学特色,学院在财贸类专业开展中融入以“粮食元素”为抓手的教改工程,开发和建设一批有“粮味”的课程,推进财贸类专业“粮食化”人才培养研究和实践。
