建立了在相同的液相色谱条件下测定混剂中三唑磷、辛硫磷有效成分含量的方法。本方法采用XTerra RP18柱,以甲醇、水溶液(75:25,V/V)为流动相,在波长261nm下,外标法对试样中的三唑磷、辛硫磷进行定量分析。分析结果表明,三唑磷、辛硫磷的线性相关系数分别为0.9994、0.9990;标准偏差分别为0.063、0.060;变异系数分别为0.63%、0.60%;平均回收率分别为101.4%、95.9%。
A method for determining the content of triazophos and phoxim in the mixture under the same liquid chromatographic conditions was established. The method uses XTerra RP18 column to quantitatively analyze triazophos and phoxim in the sample by external standard method with methanol and aqueous solution (75:25, V / V) as the mobile phase at a wavelength of 261 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of triazophos and phoxim were 0.9994 and 0.9990, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.063 and 0.060 respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.63% and 0.60% respectively. The average recoveries were 101.4% and 95.9% respectively.
