当前,我国经济步入新常态,政府的主要工作任务是转方式、调结构、促民生,实现经济结构转型跨越发展。在此背景下,提出发展现代服务业有着特殊的意义,为我国的转型发展提供了一种新的思路。那么,现代服务业与第一、第二产业有怎样的关系?这些关系又将如何指导现代服务业的发展?本文使用投入产出法,从定量出发研究《中国2010年投入产出表》,研究我国现代服务业与其他产业之间的关联性,为政府决策提供依据。
At present, the economy of our country has stepped into a new normal. The main task for the government is to transfer its work style, adjust its structure and promote people’s livelihood so as to achieve a leapfrog economic restructuring. Against this background, it is of special significance to propose the development of modern service industry and provide a new way of thinking for the transformation and development of our country. So how do the modern service industry relate to the primary and secondary industries and how will these relations guide the development of the modern service industry? This article uses the input-output method to study “China’s 2010 Input-Output Table” from a quantitative perspective, Research on the relationship between modern service industry and other industries in our country provides the basis for government decision-making.
