目的:观察双氯灭痛对大鼠小肠缺血、再灌注损伤的细胞保护作用。方法:口饲双氯灭痛12.5 mg/只后,阻断肠系膜上动脉,造成大鼠肠缺血、再灌注模型20只,光镜观察肠损伤程度。结果:缺血、再灌注对肠壁组织均可造成损伤;口饲双氯灭痛组与对照组相比肠壁损伤明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论:双氯灭痛对大鼠小肠缺血、再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of diclofenac against rat intestinal ischemia / reperfusion injury. Methods: Diclofenac 12.5 mg / tablet, blocking the superior mesenteric artery, resulting in intestinal ischemia-reperfusion model in rats. Results: Ischemia and reperfusion could cause injury to the intestinal wall tissue. Compared with the control group, the diclofenac group had a significant reduction in the intestinal wall injury (P <0.05). Conclusion: Diclofenac has a protective effect on intestinal ischemia / reperfusion injury in rats.
