坚持党性教育是加强党的建设的根本。结合我们地区近年来党的建设的实际,我认为坚持党性教育目前应着重抓好以下几个问题:一、要把思想理论建设放在首位,不断提高党员的政治素质。思想理论建设是党的建设的基础。注重从思想理论上建设党,是我们党自身建设中的一条基本经验。当前要紧紧围绕党的基本路线,在全体党员中继续开展坚持四项基本原则、反对资产阶级自由化的教育,把学习马克思主义理论同批判资产阶级自由化结合起来,深入剖析资产阶级自由化的各种错误观点,从世界观、历史观、人生观、价值观等方面,进行思想理论的正本清源。要联系工作、思想实际,彻底清理资产阶级自由化思潮的影响。同时,要加强对党员进行党性、党纪、党风教育和理想、宗旨、纪律教育,不断提高广大党员的政治觉悟和党性观念。从1985年以来,我们在全区范围内,坚持开展了马克思主义理论教育,有两万余名党员干部学习了马克思主义基础理论,领取了结业证书。这对于提高党员干部的思想理论素质,促进两个文明建设,推动改革开放,起了很好的作
