Butterfly Effect Butterfly Effect: In the 1970s, when a meteorologist in the United States, Lorenz, explained the theory of air systems, he said that occasional vibration of a butterfly wing in the Amazon rainforest would probably cause a case of Texas Field tornado. The butterfly effect is that very small changes in the initial conditions are constantly magnified, which can make a huge difference in their future status. Some minor things can be confused. If some minor things are amplified by the system, then it is very important for an organization and a country to be confused.
