目的 :判断端粒酶活性在肺癌中的诊断价值。方法 :将Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组 17只和对照组 8只 ,实验组采用支气管灌注煤焦沥青法诱导大鼠肺癌 ,用改良的TRAP银染法测定大鼠肺癌及正常组织中的端粒酶活性。结果 :实验组诱发出肺癌 8例 ,鳞状上皮化生 1例 ,8例肺癌中有 7例为端粒酶阳性 (87.5 % ) ,鳞状上皮化生的1例也为端粒酶阳性 ,实验组其余 8例与对照组 8例端粒酶均为阴性。有癌组与对照组和无癌组相比差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :端粒酶较特异地表达于肺癌组织中 ,有望成为肺癌的诊断指标。
Objective: To determine the diagnostic value of telomerase activity in lung cancer. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 17) and control group (n = 8). The experimental group was induced by bronchocalus perfusion with bronchial aspirate, and the lung tissues of lung and normal tissues were detected by modified TRAP silver staining Granzyme activity. Results: 8 cases of lung cancer and 1 case of squamous metaplasia were found in experimental group, 7 cases were positive of telomerase (87.5%) in 8 cases of lung cancer, 1 case of squamous metaplasia was telomerase positive, The remaining 8 cases in the experimental group and 8 cases in the control group were all negative for telomerase. The difference between cancer group and control group and no cancer group was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Telomerase is more specifically expressed in lung cancer tissues and is expected to be a diagnostic indicator of lung cancer.
