患者女,34岁。因头虱用敌百虫约15ml 加水稀释后(具体浓度不详),擦洗头皮,敌百虫经头皮吸收引起有机磷中毒,遂来医院。查体;意识清,微汗,视力模糊,恶心,呕吐,胸闷,双肺闻及湿罗音,自述乏力。当班护士立即用肥皂水清洗患者头皮、毛发,更换清洁衣服,迅速建立静脉通道,阿托品3mg 静脉注射,2mg 每半小时静脉注射1次,双复磷0.5g 稀释后静脉点
Female patient, 34 years old.
