同志们: 中国铁道学会工程委员会第二届委员会已有4年多了,任期已满,根据学会章程的要求,应进行改选换届。经过一段时间的筹备,现在我们召开第三届第一次会议,改名为铁道工程学会。这次会议的主要任务是,总结二届一次会议以来学会的工作,审议确定中国铁道学会委员会的组织,交流学组活动经验,审议通过中国铁道学会铁道工程学会工作组织议
Comrades: The second session of the Engineering Committee of China Railway Society has been held for more than four years. The term of office has expired. According to the constitution of the Institute, the second session of the committee should be reelected. After a period of preparation, we now hold the first session of the third session, renamed the Railway Engineering Society.
