Comprehensive scientific research results, summarizing building practical experience, and formulating technical specifications, procedures, and regulations are an important task of our research work. Inspired by the spirit of the National Science Conference, our institute and related units have accelerated this work and created a batch of New results. I. “Code for Seismic Design of Industrial and Civil Buildings”. This standard summarizes the experiences of earthquakes in our country, especially the Haicheng and Tangshan earthquakes, and at the same time it absorbs the benefits of foreign countries.
