肛裂是肛管齿状线以下全皮层裂伤,并形成慢性感染性溃疡,发病率很高,肛门部剧烈疼痛及出血给患者带来很大痛苦。作者近三年来用“肛外括约肌皮下部切断术”治疗陈旧性肛裂100例获得满意疗效。 1 临床资料本组100例,男33例,女67例;年龄22～48岁;病程1个月～20年。病变在肛门前后中位同时有裂损者45例,单纯后正中位裂损者43例,前正中位裂损者10例,多处裂损者2例。治疗:取肘膝位(高龄及体弱者可取侧卧位或截石位),常规消毒及局麻,在肛门后正中
